By accessing or using the Litora mobile application or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease all use of the platform immediately.

2. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Litora. By using our service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information. Impersonation of any person or entity is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of the original content you publish on Litora. By posting, you grant Litora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform ecosystem.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, or defamatory.
• Spam, scrape, or systematically abuse the platform.
• Attempt to compromise the security of the Litora infrastructure.

6. Termination

Litora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
