Litora started with a frustration most serious writers share: there was no professional publishing platform built for people who actually care about craft. General social networks rewarded noise. Blogging platforms were invisible. Professional networks were structured around job titles, not ideas.
We wanted a place where a student could publish their first research note, a professor their tenth book review, and a poet their latest work — all in the same clean, distraction-free space, with equal dignity. Where the quality of what you write determines your standing, not how often you post.
So we built Litora — a mobile-first, text-first professional publishing network. No reels, no viral bait, no recommendation loops designed to keep you angry. Just writing, reading, and professional identity.
We started in India because we saw the gap most clearly here — a generation of deeply talented writers, researchers, and students with no serious platform for their work. But Litora is not a regional product. It is built for every professional across the world who wants their ideas to outlast the scroll.
